I actually felt explosive even with the 155 + minis.
5 sets of face pulls
5 sets of tricep cable pushes with the rope handle.
It kind of felt weird lifting at Golds again, especially in AF at 5PM. I feel like everybody gives me weird looks when I take out my bands. Maybe it wasn't the bands, LOL.
