4 sets of pull throughs, didn't keep track of the weight
4 sets of seated pulldown in front with straight bar.
Some grip work ( Man, my hands and forearms were pumped up huge when done )
My hips are feeling much better than a week ago. I'm continuing to stretch all the time, now that I'm in alignment the stretching actually helps ( before my adjustment I think stretching just caused more problems ).
