Monday night no lifting

Instead of lifting, I just practiced my bench setup in my shirt.  I'm not making huge changes, but I want to learn how to be able to consistently set up.  In the past, sometimes it feels right, sometimes it doesn't, and I don't want that to happen at the meet.


Watching the video, it looks like to me, since my knees are so much higher than the bench, when I try to tighten my legs and glutes, it just causes my butt to raise up. I think I'm going to try moving my feet farther away from the bench, ie not wider because I can't do that, but farther away.
