Deadlifting at Ripped. It was a long day at work today so I just took my time working up to 495 and stopped. I probably should have done a DE workout instead, as this wasn't really max effort either.
My hips were still a little sore from squatting on monday. Hmm, maybe it's time for another chiro adjustment.
Dumbell rows
110 x 7
140 x 4
130 x 6
120 x 7
A few sets on the wrist roller and a few pulldowns ( bar in front ).
Body weight is at 320 pounds. Hmm, I didn't feel like I was gaining
